This is how your system is monitored.
Your alarm system incorporates a telephone dialer and digital communicator, much like a fax machine or computer modem. When
your alarm is triggered the following events take place.
- The digital communicator in your alarm system immediately calls our digital monitoring receiver.
- Within seconds your alarms panel identifies itself, and the nature of the alarm.
- Your personal information is now displayed on our operators monitoring screen along with the nature of the alarm.
- Our operators call you to confirm the alarm.
- If you give our operators the proper password, the signal is disregarded as a false alarm.
- If you do not give the proper password, the police or other authorities are dispatched.
- Our operators can then call any other responsible parties that you may give us.
- This is our standard procedure, but it can be easily customized to fit your specific needs.
